How long does it take to build a website?
Most custom websites are completed in 2-3 weeks. This includes design,
development, content integration, and revisions. Rush projects can be
accommodated for an additional fee. We'll give you a specific timeline
during your consultation based on your needs.
Do I need to provide my own photos and content?
We'll need high-quality photos of your tattoo work for the portfolio
gallery. For other content (text, service descriptions, about
section), we can write it for you based on information you provide, or
you can supply your own. We'll guide you through exactly what we need.
Can I update my website myself after it's built?
Yes! We build all websites on user-friendly platforms that allow you
to easily add new portfolio images, update pricing, change text, and
more. We provide training and documentation. If you prefer, we also
offer maintenance packages where we handle all updates for you.
What if I already have a website?
We can either redesign your existing site or build a completely new
one. If your current site isn't converting visitors into bookings, a
redesign might be the answer. We'll review your current site during
the consultation and recommend the best path forward.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! For website projects, we typically require 50% upfront and 50%
upon completion. For monthly services, we offer flexible terms. We
understand cash flow can be tight for small businesses, so we're happy
to discuss options that work for your budget.
How do I know if marketing services are worth it?
We provide detailed monthly reports showing exactly what we're doing
and the results we're getting (website traffic, social media growth,
booking inquiries, etc.). Most clients see a positive ROI within 3-6
months. If you're consistently turning away clients or your calendar
is already full, you might not need marketing services yet.

For monthly services, you can cancel with 30 days notice. We believe
in earning your business every month, not trapping you in a contract.
What happens after my website launches?
We provide 30 days of free support after launch for any bugs or
issues. After that, you can handle updates yourself, hire us for
one-off changes, or sign up for a maintenance package. We're here
whenever you need us—many clients stay with us long-term for ongoing
marketing support.
